Yes. Every ESNA piece is set with natural, ethically sourced gemstones, and each stone comes with authenticity certification confirming its quality and value. Our coloured-stone pieces feature genuine sapphires (in blue, yellow, pink and multicolour), rubies, tsavorites, aquamarines, spinels, garnets and tourmalines, each hand-selected for colour and brilliance. Because natural gemstones form individually, slight variations in colour and inclusions are normal and are part of
what makes each stone unique.
Our fine jewellery is crafted in solid gold, with designs offered in 18K yellow, white or rose gold as specified on each product page; the wider collection also includes silver and platinum. 18K gold is 75% pure gold, prized as the standard for fine jewellery because it balances richness of colour with everyday durability. The exact metal and, where relevant, the gram weight are shown in each item's product details.
We are happy to assist with adjustments or modifications where feasible, so please contact us with the item and the size you need and we will confirm what is possible. As a guide, plain and solitaire bands are usually the easiest to resize, while full eternity and intricate gem-set settings have a more limited adjustment range, so confirming your size before purchase is always best.
A gemstone's durability is measured on the Mohs hardness scale. Diamonds rank 10 and sapphires and rubies rank 9, which makes them exceptionally hard wearing and well suited to daily wear such as engagement and everyday rings. Stones such as tsavorite garnet, aquamarine and tourmaline are a little softer and are better protected in earrings and pendants or worn with extra care. Gold itself is durable but, like all precious metal, can pick up fine surface scratches over time with regular wear.
For most gold and gem-set pieces, soak briefly in warm water with a little mild dish soap, lift away dirt with a soft brush behind and around the stone, rinse and pat dry with a soft lint- cloth. Remove jewellery before swimming, cleaning or applying perfume and lotion, and store each piece separately so harder stones do not scratch softer ones. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on coloured or included stones. We also offer professional cleaning and maintenance, so contact us to schedule a service.
Your jewellery is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, with the duration and terms shown on the product page or warranty card. If a piece is damaged or needs repair, email info@esnajewellery.com with photos and our team will assess it and advise on the best next step.
