No. At Esna Jewellery, we work exclusively with natural diamonds and certified gemstones sourced from our trusted suppliers. Every piece is crafted with authenticity, quality, and ethical sourcing at the forefront.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a full refund within 15 days for online purchases. All returns must be in original condition, including tags, certificates, and packaging.
Please return the item in the same packaging it arrived in — oversized or non-standard boxes increase shipping fees, and any additional cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Please note that made-to-order pieces, customised designs, engraved items, and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
